All Mothers and Grandmothers are saints. All of the ordinary, curler wearing, ear tugging, pumpkin pie baking mother’s should be celebrated. They are the ones who make everything happen. I put halos on women who need to be celebrated. She’s in fond memory or our thoughts. She watches over us and protects us. We can talk to her if we want.

The flowers are symbolic and reflect a bit of her character. Peonies are her creative quest, Roses are endearing love, Ranunculus are memories of childhood as well as radiant charms, the magnolia is a symbol of nobility. I threw in a few forget-me-nots for obvious reasons.
